I decided that I was giving up sugar. I can do artificial sweeteners, and I can have sugar in things, but food where the point is sugar? No more.

My current goal is to throw an overweight party. When the Wii stops telling me I’m merely overweight and no longer obese, we’ll celebrate.

Hey congratulations on the sugar free campaign! And the weight loss. It works! I’m too a convert to not eating sugar/white flour, and it’s all good. 3 months without it, except for here and there at social event where I thought I had to eat “giri” desert or white flour bun or pizza crust.
The cravings have gone away. Headaches no more. 5 pounds gone. Yeah! I’m with you!
