We might, in the back of the closet, have that one heavy coat from that one time we went north to see that thing called "snow." So when the temps dip, we have <i>no choice</i> but to haul out that one winter coat -- and this is why you commonly see Floridians wearing stupid getups like the winter coat with flipflops.
